About Unity Active
Unity Active is a woman-owned youth enrichment program founded by a coach with experience in the nation’s largest NBA Youth Basketball program. We empower children ages 3–10 through high-energy, structured sports programming designed to build confidence, teamwork, and joy.
Our sessions take place at local schools and preschools across the Greater Fairfax Area, where we partner directly with educators to deliver impactful, age-appropriate enrichment. Whether it’s a first dribble or a breakthrough moment in group play, Unity Active helps kids grow through movement, mentorship, and fun.

Preschool Movement & Play
Ages 2–4
Unity Active’s Preschool Movement & Play program offers 30-minute, on-site sessions designed specifically for early childhood development. Through simple, sport-themed games and activities, children build coordination, confidence, and joy in a nurturing, structured environment.
Sessions are led by caring Unity coaches who bring energy, patience, and age-appropriate engagement strategies to every group. While not all coaches hold formal early childhood credentials, each is selected for their ability to connect with young children and deliver safe, joyful movement experiences.
After-School Sports Enrichment
Grades Pre-K–8
Unity Active’s after-school program brings high-energy, multi-sport enrichment directly to school campuses—no travel, no hassle.
- Held on-site: gyms, fields, blacktops
- 1 to 5 days per week, customizable by school
- 60-minute sessions led by trained Unity coaches
- Focused on movement, teamwork, and skill-building across multiple sports
Whether it’s soccer, basketball, or creative group games, our sessions are designed to engage students of all skill levels while promoting confidence, collaboration, and fun.

Non-Sport Enrichment
